"I love art so much I strive to make it my career."

Bert Silverman, a well-known portrait artist, said, “A painting has no value unless it tells a story.” To me, no truer words have been spoken. I have a burning desire to capture a story. While starting several different series, I have noticed that they all have one thing in common. I use my artwork as a journal by replicating the stories of people I want to remember forever. I choose to live my life building stories with those I love. The best way I can show my gratitude to my loved ones is by creating those stories. Those stories are what remains passed death. Stories are what gives cultures breath.
